Founded in July 2009, 'We enrich your supply chain' was the signature line of the business. 11 years after its humble beginning, the DNX management never separated from its tagline. The tagline became the culture of the company, and it continues to enrich customer experience every day and with every shipment it delivers. The first-generation businessmen Vidyadhar Shinde & Raju Salve have rich experience in sales and operations management. The company began with its services in Maharashtra and expanded its network to other states of India. By winning trust by on-time performance, cost-effective logistics solutions and managing deliveries of critical shipments, DNX secured its place as one of India's leading cargo service providers.

A commerce graduate and a first-generation businessman, Shinde has no dearth of passion and experience for his trade. A hardworking salesman, he believes in the abilities of his team and has the rare ability to connect with his customers. He has deep rooted connections with his core team that built the DNX brand; a company with an annual turnover of Rs. 45 Crores. He is a visionary who adapts to change with consummate ease, and is responsible for managing the finances and human resource department of the organization.
He is the co-founder with a passion to continuously improve customer experience, and seamless management of pan India operations. An affable & amicable person, Salve is credited with infusing a modern operation management culture into day to day functioning of the company. Efficient route and vehicle management is the backbone for the industry and he has mastered this key operational skill. Like his partner, Raju has a dream to establish DNX as the number one service provider in this industry. Salve is also responsible for the customer service department in DNX.

A former American Express executive in the USA, Dipesh is a multidimensional personality. A man of few words, Dipesh is loaded with domain knowledge and provides cutting edge technological solutions. His innovative solutions in route optimization have proved to be game-changer for the company. An extraordinary individual, he has a significant contribution in creating an aggressive DNX brand which delivers top notch service to derive customer satisfaction and provide value for money.
Sunil PawarRegional Hub Manager - Operations
As a result-driven management leader with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in logistics, including B2B, B2C E-commerce. He has a knack for quick turnarounds, and routinely converts challenging situations into seamless customer experiences. He is responsible for cross-functional alignment with HR and has instilled a vision to achieve the company's goals. He's highly skilled in negotiations, operations management, supply chain optimization along-with import and export intricacies and manages a team of 50-60 professionals apart from a 30-35 vehicle fleet that delivers 6000 packages efficiently every day! He's a dynamic professional with a focus toward providing tailor made solutions to customers.
A veteran in the field of accounts and finance, Prakash Desai was inducted in the DNX leadership team at the end of Financial Year 2019-20. He heads the commercial department that includes managing accounts, finance, billing, and credit control for the company. He is part of DNX's core management team.

As a Customer Success Manager, she works hard to further enhance DNX's commitment towards service excellence and is dedicated to ensure seamless customer experience because our goal is not only to meet expectations but to exceed them. This is the proven mantra, to achieve customer delight. She's here to help maintain the synergy between customer support and the operations team, apart from resolving high level customer escalations. She is also responsible for developing customer relationships to enable retention and loyalty.
